CASCO equestrian helmet Spirit test winner of Cavallo magazine

In their latest issue the editorial team of Germay’s biggest equitation magazine Cavallo choose the CASCO Spirit as test winner and highlights for example workmanship, fitting and comfort.





Germany’s biggest equitation magazine and the German technical supervisory society (TÜV) tested eight equestrian helmets. The winner is the CASCO Spirit. The tests included a roll-off-test according to EN 1384 which is about the fit of a helmet if a weight pulls it from the front to the back respectively from the back to the front. Besides there were crash tests, penetration tests as well as an evaporation test.
The result of the editorial team: “A helmet which is (…) incredibly comfortable. The workmanship of the helmet is excellent and all test riders commended its perfect fitting. The CASCO Spirit it the only helmet with a padded chin strap beneath its lock. The only helmet which dispenses moisture and feels dry at any time.”
About the roll-off-test the editorial team judges: “During the laboratory test the Spirit stands out positively. The model Spirit does not change its position at all. Similar experiences made the test riders who had the feeling of a firmly fitting helmet at any time.”
